Simply select the type of donation you wish to make. Complete the information in the forms and choose your payment type.

Credit card payments are entered into our secured system for processing.

Once you have completed the information and submitted the form, the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation administration will receive your donation and process the information.

Payments will have to be mailed or dropped off at the Timmins District Hospital Foundation office. Simply complete our donation form.

Buy a Brick For the person who has everything, a special gift is available at the Foundation Buy-A- Brick Wall. For every $100 contribution to the Foundation, donors receive one engraved brick.	In Memoriam A donation to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation in memory of a family member or friend is a meaningful way for you to express your sympathy.
Tribute Tribute gifts are special commemorative contributions instead of buying a traditional gift for a special occasion.
